While Dave has been up and running for a few days, I am still unable to trade, all thanks to Jon Corzine and is amazing decision making at MF Global. He really hit a home run there, and by home run I mean crapped his pants and locked all of us in a room with him without any vents, while offering us some "homemade chocolate pudding."
Which leads me to this clip from the Daily Show. The part that blows my mind is that MF Global was leveraged 30-1 (!!!), and the stark contrast between Corzine the public servant, and Corzine the banker.

Related, I read this NY Magazine article last night on how Corzine's beard has shielded him from a full-on assault on his reputation. Interesting point (albeit it not likely) that his facial hair is to him as Samson's hair was to Samson.
