I Guess I Am Supposed to be 60% Happy

I suppose the judge's ruling approving the release of 60% of MF Global customer accounts that were "cash accounts" is good news, but am I supposed to feel great about this a la Chubbs Peterson from Happy Gilmore or should I wait until we get Corzine's eye in a jar?
